- Air doesn’t come out right after turning on. Is this a malfunction?
- No, this dryer is designed to check the internal system and temperature as a safety function before blowing air and is not a malfunction.
- What should I do if the air inlet port cover or ring breaks?
- The air inlet port ring and cover are not covered by the free repair warranty. Please contact customer service where you purchased the dryer about purchasing an extra cover or ring.
- How many minutes a day do you recommend using Scalp lift mode?
- We recommend using it once a day for 2.5 minutes (up to 5 minutes at maximum).
- Unusual smell?
- It is normal to expect a smell from a brand new with a heater element (e.g. toaster/oven/kettle) within the first few uses. The smell will fade with time and usage.
